Imagine driving past this on the side of the road. Would you quit? As heartbreaking as it seems, most kept driving.
The good news is, the Indian rescue group Pet Help Unlimited drove past this dog. Initially they didn’t know what it was as it didn’t look anything like an animal they had actually ever seen. The dog was emaciated with extreme mange as well as had broken down on the side of the road. The dog was hairless and very slim.
It was clear to the rescuers that the dog had given up. He was lifeless and wouldn’t move. Upon more examination his back was a crisscrossed with open wounds as if he had actually been beaten repetitively. He was tired.
His rescuers were not going to surrender on him or allow him to give up on himself. Although he was unresponsive to touch, they gradually got his depend on as well as got him consuming once again.
