Stray animals daily struggle is about finding food and water. Another daily challenge is remaining safe from the elements. Many individuals consider stray animals to not be valuable animals and due to this they harm them. It’s upsetting but it’s the truth that there are still countries that don’t have a law against animal cruelty. The injuries of a puppy became life-threatening after multiple struck by a man. The man was high on drugs.
The dog was named Leona later on. When they found Leona she laid absolutely helpless on the sidewalk. She had infected ears, balance issues and badly injured legs. Leona was in a really bad shape that she couldn’t even stand up by herself. She was laying and waiting for rescue.
As she was waiting for it somebody came to rescue her. Baby Leona was taken to the vet. In order to survive she needed surgery said the doctor. Leona had also a lot of pain.
She immediately became pain medication from the doctor. Leona started to cry. They could actually see tears. Thankfully things were about to change.
Leona’s surgery went well without a doubt. It takes its time for her to recover. Up to now she’s healing very fast. Her loving caregiver also does everything to find the perfect home for her. Let’s pray for Leona. She needs and deserves our prayers.
